Sources said that the Ministry of Transport in Vietnam announced that all flights which depart from and arrive in the city of Da Nang and all bus and taxi services in the city would be suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Because of the suspension, it was worried that demand of fuel including gasoil and jet fuel would be affected. A refiner in Northeast Asia said that imports of gasoil from Northeast Asia including South Korea were possibly going to decline.
