According to industry sources, the forth batch of import quotas for crude oil in 2023 was 9.54 million tons. As of now, a total of 203.64 million tons of crude oil import quotas have been issued in 2023.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Commerce, the import quotas for non-state trade crude oil in 2023 will be 243 million tons, the same as that in 2022.
