As of Nov 10, the cumulative natural gas production of Changqing Oilfield this year reached 42.7 billion cubic meters, up 1 billion cubic meters on year.

In terms of new gas well construction, Changqing Oilfield plans to put 2,401 new wells into operation in 2023, with an additional daily gas production of over 30 million cubic meters. As of Nov 10, Changqing Oilfield has put 1,671 new wells into production, 356 more compared to the same period last year.

The Changqing Oilfield, affiliated to PetroChina, is located in the Ordos Basin. Changqing Oilfield is the main source of gas supply to Beijing, providing guarantees for the livelihood of nearly 400 million people in over 40 large and medium-sized cities.
