Learn how China tackles the issue of manufacturing clean products

RIM jointly organizes China Huizhou seminar, Oct 30-Nov 1

Theme:

South China, particularly the Pearl River delta region, is one of the most economically developed areas in China. Its demand for petroleum and petrochemical products every year is also massive. To fulfill such demand for economic development, refining capacity in Guangdong province is expected to exceed 100 mil tons/year (2 mil b/d). Guangdong province shall become an important production center in China for petroleum and petrochemical products in the next few years.

This year, however, with demand softening along with a slowing Chinese economy on the one hand, and pressure to protect the environment increasing on the other, the refining business is facing a tremendous challenge in terms manufacturing structure re-organization and oil product upgrading.

To provide a forum to discuss the commercial and technical issues of oil product upgrading, Rim Intelligence is jointly organizing a seminar with Guangdong Petroleum Society and Guangdong Oil & Gas Association with the theme "China's Upgrading and Manufacturing of Clean Oil Products". The seminar will be held in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, South China during Oct 30-Nov 1.
