Data released by the National Energy Administration shows that as of the end of February, China's total installed power generation capacity reached 3.95 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%.

Of this, solar power installed capacity reached 1.23 billion kilowatts, up 33.2% on year. Wind power installed capacity reached 650.66 million kilowatts, up 22.8% on year. Thermal power installed capacity reached 1.55 billion kilowatts, up 6.9% on year. Hydropower installed capacity reached 449.21 million kilowatts, up 2.7% on year. Nuclear power installed capacity reached 63.73 million kilowatts, up 4.8% on year.
