The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) released an introductory video, titled "Now in this era", for job-seekers on the video website YouTube on Mar 6. The video featured a young official from the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy as the main character in a recreated drama. The official was involved in the design of Strategic Buffer LNG (SBL). The film tells a realistic story of his efforts to secure stable supply of LNG in cooperation with private companies and LNG producers in foreign countries, despite being buffeted by decarbonization and Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

An official from the METI in charge of the production of the video said, "Speaking of bureaucrats, people tend to have an image of a person quietly doing his tasks following instructions from his superiors, but in reality, the METI is a group of young people with a passion to move this country in the right direction, even if it is just one or two steps forward. I hope viewers can see through the video that young officials are all active and vibrant, combining their strengths." Regarding LNG cargoes from Oman, which was introduced on the video, JERA began taking them from February and was supporting people's lives in Japan.
