Something like a bomb was found around 100 meters offshore from Idemitsu Kosan's Tokuyama plant in West Japan on Sep 5. According to Tokuyama Coast Garde Office, vessels have been prohibited from anchoring or navigating within a 300-meter radius of the discovery site after 11:00 pm on Sep 6. The Tokuyama plant told Rim Intelligence that no impacts on the entry of vessels such as oil tankers into the port are found.
