Crude/Condensate: Jun 16-20: PTT wins Aug Labuan tender
Spot demand was concentrated on August-loading Murban. ADNOC slashed term supply of Murban to its contractors, and thus some players with solid demand were expected to lift bids in pursuit of sellers. ADNOC had revised down its supply plan for one year including term cargoes. Regarding August-loading Murban, ADNOC would supply 1.705mil barrels per day(b/d), down 65,000b/d.
Asia Pacific Crude A loading schedule for Angolan grades in August was unveiled. A total of 31 cargoes planned to be loaded and of these, Angolan producer Sonangol planned to handle 15 cargoes. Four cargoes of Dalia, three cargoes each for Girassol, Mostarda and Pazflor would be loaded. Furthermore, two cargoes each for Nemba, Plutonio, Kissnaje, hungo, Saturno and Clove and one cargo each for Cabinda, Mondo, Saxi, Olombendo, Sangos and Gindungo would be available for sales.
African/European/Russian/American Crude Malaysia's Petronas on Tuesday opened an August-loading Labuan sell tender and awarded it on the same day. The winner was PTT Public Co., and the awarded price was at premiums in the low $8's to Dated Brent, according to sources. Through the tender closed on Tuesday, Petronas was trying to sell one cargo for end-August loading.
